Molten Chocolate Cake

Desperado..maksud hati mau bikin Molten Chocolate Cake, ehh..manggang di ovennya kelamaan...hikss..jadilah ga melted to choco inside the cake..But however, tekstur cakenya tetep lembut en agak basah dikit..Yaaa tetep enaklah..en ga blenegh2 amat makannya..Kasih aja judul : Love Me Tender Choco Cake ;-p


Ini resepnya..

BAHAN :
4 squares Semi-Sweet Chocolat----> I'm using Collata
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp Baking Powder --> ini siy aku sendiri yang nambahin biar agak ngembang, sebenernya ga disuggest untuk dipake.
Vanila Crystal (dikit aja)

CARA MEMBUAT :

PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Butter three heart-shaped baking pan.Set aside.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar until well blended. Blend in eggs and egg yolks with wire whisk. Stir in flour. Divide batter among prepared baking pan.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides are firm but centers are soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small knife around cakes to loosen. Invert cakes onto dessert dishes. Serve immediately, topped powdered sugar spread.

Bsoknya aku nyobain lagi en ga pake baking powder dan vanilla, hasilnyaa..tadaaa..exactly what I want..Second trial was succeed!Look at the melted center chocolate..mmmhh..


Adonan sisa bisa dimasukkan ke dalam cup..dipanggang lebih matang (agak keras), lalu dihias dengan potongan almond dan gula pasir. Aslinya klo ga pake loyang hati di atas, resep ini cukup untuk 6 cup penuh seperti dibawah ini.
